We’d like to get more folks on the dance floor. Our party has dwindled & I’m sure that’s largely due to bloggers coming and going in Blogosphere, but I’m going to set this challenge to ALL my readers PLEASE bring a friend & tell a friend to come on over and join our party & let’s all have the greatest boogie party ever! Have you asked anyone lately to attend the 4M party? We’d love to fill the dance floor to capacity! Not surprised that we have one song in common today. I kind of expected to see Rockin' Robin on multiple playlists this morning. It is such a feel good, get me on the dance floor kind of tune. Have a blessed week.

Morris Day and the Time "The Bird" is new-to-me. It really has that 80s vibe and I'm not sure why I don't remember it. Anywho, great to hear for the first time. I just love it when I'm introduced to an oldie that I missed the first go around. Thanks for sharing this dance with me,girl friend. Have a boogietastic week!

Those are good tunes! We got to see Paul McCartney do that one live in Atlanta several years ago, twas amazing!
ReplyDeleteAll excellent songs. "The Bird" was new to me and when I first started listening to it, I said to myself "This screams Prince!'
