image-1  FOR TODAY...  I've decided to pick certain pictures from my life of long ago & share them with you! I hope you enjoy them.  Today is my Mom's 100th Birthday, so here she is ENJOY!  God bless!  She was 4' 10", but she swore that she was 5" tall.  (hehehe "Mom, take off your shoes"!)  Now her Mom (NaNa) was 4' 6" & there was no arguments, but if we were weighing HER.....  THAT'S a different story!  Gramma would get so excited if she thought it was too much!!!  The English went out the window & she would talk Sicilian/Italian.  Those two were just too funny, but I wouldn't change one thing about either one!  I miss them both very much!  I stayed there a lot to help them out growing up.  Gramma didn't believe in store bought bread or mops!  You either made it or go without & hands & knees were the only way to clean a floor, but I always got rewarded with a piece of candy or italian ice & of course a smooch & a hug!   Now back to mama, if she was weighing herself OFF CAME THE SHOES!!!!!  LOL).  Like that made a difference.  I hope you enjoyed learning about Mama & my grandparents.  Believe me there's a lot more, but maybe that only entertains me & the kids.  They love hearing the stories of Gramma and NaNee!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAMA!  I MISS MY LIL' MAMA SO VERY MUCH!  Gramma was 4'6" & mama was 4' 10"!  Oh, and the pictures more or less tell her story, and yes she did love to dance and did not look her age!  I LOVE YOU MAMA, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!  I'll let her pics do the rest!
                HAPPY 100th BIRTHDAY, MAMA!

MONDAY'S MUSIC MOVES ME! WOO HOO!

March 6, 2023 Who are the Music Moves Me bloggers? They are bloggers who blog about music each Monday and if you have music to share, you are most welcome to join! (Music Posts Only-meaning at least one music video, please!) First, there is Marie from XmasDolly. YEP, THAT'S ME & I'm BACK!!! HI EVERYBODY!!! Co-hosts are: Stacy from Stacy Uncorked & a little cutie pie I might add! Head Honchoo hmmmm (well however you spell it) is OUR Cathy from Curious as a Cathy, and Alana from Ramblin' with AM. We'd love more music lovers to join us. It's easy!

All you have to do is add your link with a music post that contains at least one music video (there must be a music video). And that's it! Each month, except December, we have a guest conductor. Today its one of our girls, Alana! HI GIRLFRIEND! She's really a nice girl folks, and anyway her pick is: Alana came up with this week's theme prompt....imagine you are putting together a four day music festival. For each day you need a headliner, so who would it be (4 needed)? You can include a couple of other artists if you want who would also perform. Any genre; more than one genre if you want. Living or dead. Solo, duo, band.

So okay that's it, and my first one is: Kenny Rodgers in, "The Gambler"! Oh boy, to have him back would be phenomenal don't ya think? Sure do miss this King of Country/Pop Music!

Okay, hope you liked that one, and how about Lionel Richie in "Hello". Oh yes, put me in the front row seat!

Oh yeah, how about some more BEE GEES (this one is when they were ALL together)wouldn't that be wonderful to see them altogether!!!
