My mother loved most of the crooners who had TV shows. We would watch Perry Como, Andy Williams, and Dean Martin. Even my dad was a fan of Dean Martin. Well played.
Thanks for hosting the mid-week fun, my dear. I hope everything is okay with you. I got an email from you last night I will try to call you tomorrow. Take care, my dear! XOXO
That song by Kelly Clarkson was great. The other day, Stacy gave us her "Merry Christmas To The One I Used To Know," which just about ripped my heart out. Between the two songs, I think I'm in love with Kelly Clarkson.
I ran that Dean Martin Christmas special a couple of years ago, and it's always good to watch every year. That was true entertainment.
Making a second stop by to let you know that I sent you an email THIS morning with the 4M linky code. ;) I hope it doesn't get lost in cyberspace or your inbox but if either happens you will find it at the bottom of my Sunday post. Have a good day, darlin'! XOXO
My parents enjoyed the Dean Martin show. I enjoyed seeing the NBC peacock announcing the show was in living color. Parents didn't have a color set when I grew up, so I never did see that in color. The funny song was funny except I'm sure Santa and the reindeer didn't appreciate getting lice! Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
